Simple to assemble and easy to use. This little machine cleaned and sanitized my living room and kitchen floors in under 15 minutes. The tank is easy to fill and empty. It does not leak, which is an issue I had with a different brand of steam mop. The mop shammies are very sturdy and have held up well in my washing machine.
I bought this steamer mop a couple of months ago and instantly loved it. I love how easy it is to use and how long the cord is. I love how it stands on its own and is easy to store and how lightweight it is. If I had the money I would totally buy a couple of these for my family members. I love Bissell.
