If your kiddos are looking to score new backpacks a little early this year, now is the time to look for deals, Backpacks and lunch boxes can sometimes be expensive, but, luckily, this week’s Happy Friday reader Julia scored 60% off some stylish bags her girls picked out from Lands’ End!
My ten and four-year-old daughters have been asking for new backpacks. This wasn’t necessarily a need just a want, so I hadn’t pulled the trigger on backpacks.
My youngest did need a new lunchbox, though. After browsing online, I came across the Lands’ End website. Backpacks were 60% off! I added two backpacks and a lunchbox to my cart as fast as my fingers could handle.
The girls picked out their own patterns, making the process exciting for them, and I was excited at such an awesome deal! I got my 10-year-old the extra large tech pack and my four-year-old the small classmate as well as the soft-sided insulated lunchbox.
The total without discount was $124.89! With the discount, I saved $81.95 bringing my total to 42.94. With tax and shipping, my total was $54.52 – still not bad! I believe free shipping occurs with a total of $99. There are deals on the website still occurring. I believe code CLEAT offers a discount of 60% off still. I will definitely be keeping my eye out for more Lands End deals in the future!

My 1st grader has that metallic green one, it is adorable BUT the fabric is coming apart at the seams. The color area has all pulled away and now the white underpart shows. Improbably should look into the warranty since it’s only been used this school year
Their quality has declined in recent years

Same…my Kinder girl has been using the teal metallic one all year and the top half lost all it’s sparkle and is faded and mostly white now.
Agreed. I almost purchased one for my son, but then I read the reviews of poor quality and even poorer customer service. I ended up buying an Under Armour one (from your tips) and am very happy with it.
