This Reader Scored Over 70% Off a Sewing Machine at Walmart
This clearance find is sew awesome!
Sewing machines are great to have, but they are a huge splurge. This week’s Happy Friday reader Michelle was actually able to score a Singer Quantum Style sewing machine for over $260 off by keeping an eye on this clearance model.
My clearance find…. My local Walmart was marking down these Singer Computerized Sewing Machines. The original price was $499.99.
Then the markdowns started; the first markdown was $349; a few days later, it was marked down to $249. Even more days later, they marked the sewing machines down to $136.50. I picked one up at the $136.50 price, which is over 70% off!

That’s great buy! For those who occasionally need a sewing machine but don’t own one check your local library. Mine has one in it’s “library of things” that you can borrow just like a book.
