I just did online chat with Target and price matched and got the additional 5% off. I did that with the earlier 32gb deal too. Now need to decide which one to keep. This was the one Black Friday deal I’ve been anxious about getting. Thanks Hip2Save team!!!
How did you get them to do that? One rep told me they can only match to $379.99 and the next one told me they can’t match Black Friday pricing.
Right now Amazon has both 32gb & 128gb for BF prices. Target price matches Amazon so shouldn’t be a problem. Both times I did the chat they immediately said yes they PM. When I initially asked about the 32gb it was PM’ing Staples and that was fine too.
I just called Target 800 number to price match for Amazon’s price. She had me purchase online at $429.99. Then gave me a credit for $100 immediately. She couldn’t adjust for the tax I paid on the original $429 so she sent me a $10 gift card. When it’s all over, I got it for $334 plus a $10 gc. Not bad. Thank you!!

So I purchased this iPad at Target 2 weeks ago. Last night they said they will refund me $50, not $100 because they can’t match anything where it requires a login to get the price. Today I did a live chat to match the amazon price and they tell me they can’t do another price match but then also that they won’t offer the 5% Redcard discount on top of it. I received the veteran discount before, and that also would be ineligible. Moral of the story… don’t shop at Target. I’ll do Amazon or Best Buy before them any day.
I ordered with Target because i will get 5% cash back from discover card and target customer care price matched for me for 128GB.

I did the same thing on the 32gb. I got target online to price match amazon and then got 5% off and will pick up in the morning! Yeah!!!!
