How is this any different than using a cool damp towel? Not being snarky or negative, I just need to know if this will help me with my migraines.
Probably a cool rag works as well, but my son prefers these because they stick to his forehead and aren’t wet. Because of that he can lay down and not worry about it falling off and getting his bedding wet.
