Unfortunately Sunbeam blankets don’t last long. I just barely got one replaced with customer service after mine went out only using it for 4-5 months. They don’t keep any stock in Warehouse so you don’t even get a choice on what you get back. It took almost a month for a replacement. It’s not even the same color I originally had and had to fight to get dual controllers instead of single. I personally wouldn’t purchase again and I have found so many people who has had this same issue.
