I’m not saying it will happen to everyone, but I ordered from DSW and they sent absolutely the wrong items. I’ve been seeing posts on their fb about people receiving used shoes, wrong shoes, and even some receiving a single shoe. Just a warning, because you are expected to ship items back in order for them to correct their mistake. With all the negative things people are saying about extra charges, no refunds on shipping the items back, etc. I decided to just keep the wrong items. I have 3 more orders coming from them. So, I’m excited to see what mystery goodies I receive next.
I have ordered from them and can say one items did come looking used, but I took it back to the store and got a refund. Otherwise, I have ordered several other shoes and have had no problems.
