Very disappointed that free shipping on any order has been raised to a $35 order. I’ve ordered in the past, at times under $35, and received free shipping.

I was coming to say the same thing. That sucks.
I don’t care for the new outlet website. You can’t filter by clearance items and you can’t search by key word. I have been shopping the outlet site as long as its been around and have found a lot of great deals searching through the clearance section. I didn’t even notice there was now a minimum for free shipping until it was mentioned above. I guess I won’t be buying as much from the outlet any longer.
Hi, Allison. You can click the ‘Clearance’ tab at the top of the site and then you can sort by price with the menu on the right. I do see a search bar on the top right where I was able to search by keyword, too. I’m using a desktop computer and Chrome. I hope this helps!

I know we all love great deals, I certainly do, but now especially, I can see how many companies will be able to afford free shipping etc. I work for a small retail business and people keep asking when we are gonna be doing 80% off Clearance like we used to. Truth is, we just can’t afford to pay staff and overheads if we price products that much under cost price. Not wanting to be a downer but just trying to show the other side of businesses trying to survive our current reality.

No that’s the whole point of Shoprunner. You must sign in to shoprunner before you check out at Vera Bradley. Get a list of stores and how it works details from the shoprunner web site. I believe I learned about shoprunner from this site but I could be mistaken as it was quite a while ago that I signed up for it. Free through either Chase or PayPal and possibly American Express.
