Score Your Favorite Starbucks Syrup for Cheap!
The secret to Starbucks drinks is in the syrups. 🙌
Love Starbucks drinks as much as we do? Whether you’re always indulging in our secret menu hacks or sipping on your favorite tried & true drink – we’re sharing how you can score full-size Starbucks syrups on the cheap. Now you’ll be able to concoct your favorite drinks at home for a fraction of the cost.
Most Starbucks lovers already know you can buy Starbucks syrups online at big retailers like Walmart and Amazon. Except, just one bottle can run you $29.99…or more. 😱 Well, we’re about to blow your mind because…
Did you know that you can buy them cheaper at Starbucks?! 🤯
That’s right, you can score large 1-liter bottles of Starbucks syrup straight from the source! Who would have thought?! 🙌
And they’re only $12.99! That’s a savings of roughly $17! 👏 😱
We sent Stetson to test out this rumor, and turns out it’s totally true! Yay! When purchasing syrups at your local Starbucks, you can buy almost any syrup they have on hand! Instead of ordering a drink, just let your barista know you’re there for a bottle of syrup and they’ll tell you which ones are available for purchase.
But there is just one catch…
Not all flavors are likely going to be available, such as premium and seasonal flavors. Bummer! That means you’re probably going to have to stick to ordering those Pumpkin Cheesecake Frappuccinos or Chocolate Pumpkin Frappuccinos “to-go” rather than making them at home.
Of course, we’re only speaking for Stetson’s Starbucks. That’s not to say another location won’t have an overabundance of a flavor and they need to sell a few.
Didn’t get the flavor you were hoping for?
While it’s not entirely the same, you can still consider buying some even more affordable bottles of syrup to make your own drinks at home. Torani Syrups are highly rated and sure to make any of your drinks or baked goods just as outstanding!
You can score bottles of Torani Syrup for the best price when you shop at Sam’s Club! From Classic Caramel to Sugar-Free French Vanilla – you’ll pay just $5.28 per large 750mL bottle or just 23 cents per fluid ounce, whereas the Starbuck’s bottles (although cheap) are priced at 38 cents per fluid ounce.
If you’re not a Sam’s Club member or you want some variety, Target has lots of available flavors – from Salted Caramel to Sugar-Free French Vanilla. You’ll pay just $4.49 per bottle or 35 cents per fluid ounce.
If you don’t mind spending a little more on a bottle upfront, you can even find a larger selection of Torani Syrup flavors at Walmart. Their delicious line up of syrups like Peppermint (36 cents per fluid ounce) and Irish Cream (32 cents per fluid ounce) will give you all the delicious seasonal flavors your heart desires and are still cheaper than Starbucks!

Are these available via drive thru?? We love the cinnamon syrup but haven’t been able to find it! Years ago I was able to purchase it online through Starbucks but one day I went back to order and poof…vanished was the online store.
Hi there! You could always call in to your location to be sure before heading out!
My husband uses the sugar-free vanilla syrup like it’s water. We also used to order via the Starbucks online store, but once that stopped, we had to look for alternatives. Walmart had it for a time and still sells some varieties for a good price. But not the sugar-free vanilla. BUT Bed, Bath & Beyond still has it and sometimes puts it on sale a little. I signed up for their membership club because the 20 percent off and free shipping more than pays for itself. That’s our go-to source now. Our local Starbucks doesn’t sell the sugar-free varieties anymore, unfortunately.
Try Amazon. They sell it and it is wayyyy cheaper for Torani.
I’ve been buying mine in person at Starbucks for years. Sugar free vanilla goes fast so I call ahead to make sure they have enough in stock to sell me a bottle. Sometimes they can’t because they need it to get them through their next delivery so I just call another location. Locations inside stores like Target or Vons tell me they don’t sell the bottles. May be a storage issue, just a guess.
If you live in California you can buy 750 mL (~25oz) bottles of Torani syrup at Smart & Final for $5.99 or 6 bottles (mix n match) for $29.94 (19 cents per ounce).
I have been buying Torani Caramel Syrup for about a year. I use to buy coffee with caramel at Starbucks everyday until I decided to start saving money. You can buy Torani Caramel Syrup from Amazon for $4.01 per bottle if you subscribe & save. 4 -750ml bottles for $20.06!! It lasts about 4 months. $20.06 @starbucks lasts me about 5 days! Thats a savings of about $60 a month and $720 a year! SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS!!! 😁💃🏽
Recently purchased Torani Syrup (hazelnut flavor) four 25.4 ounce bottles for only $26.78 (26 cents per ounce). It’s just a tiny bit cheaper now than what I paid for it. Awesome deal and it comes with a pump!

I’m shocked that you guys haven’t mentioned skinny mixes syrups! They’re seriously THE BEST and they are almost all sugar free and keto options as well. I’m obsessed and have about 18 bottles right now! You can make everything from cotton candy soda to a mock Starbucks pumpkin spice latte and more!
Where do you buy the skinny mixes or do you have to order them online? I haven’t heard of this brand.
I buy skinny mixes at TJ Maxx, Marshal’s, Home Goods or order them directly on line. I’m not sure if Ross carries them but the flavors are delicious.
Thank you for the info and reply.
Maybe it’s just me, but I have ordered several of these and they taste like sugary syrup with NO flavor! Most recently I ordered the raspberry lemonade, and really wanted to love it lol
It was from Amazon, maybe that had something to do with it? I noticed their site had a $5 sale the other day too!
Costco Business carries Davinci syrups in 750ml bottles for $5ish. Lately they have been at my local Grocery Outlet for $1.99!
Truthfully, I prefer the Torani to Starbucks flavors.
I’m with you with one exception. I love the Cinnamon Dolce Sugar-Free one from Starbucks!
Me too!
At least here in our area they are $13 at the Target Starbucks and closer to $16-$18 at our local Starbucks. When Target has their 20% circle for Starbucks you can use that on the syrups and the pumps too not just the drinks! Pumps run about $1 then! 👏🏻
Another option is DIY…there are lots of good recipes for ‘simple syrups’ adding different flavors tailored to your taste!
I’ve been buying the cinnamon dolce syrup for years at Starbucks! Out of 10 or so that I’ve gone to, only 1 wouldn’t let me and quite a few seemed unaware that you could purchase it. I just told them that I had before and asked if they would try scanning it. It works! Also inquire if you can get a pump, it’s usually pretty cheap and occasionally they will throw it in at no cost.
Fun neighbor/friend/teacher gift basket- Cinnamon syrup, treetop apple juice (treetop is a must!), a jar of salted caramel from Trader Joe’s, and whipped cream (if it won’t sit at room temp for too long, otherwise omit). Makes a fantastic Starbucks copycat caramel apple cider! HUGE hit with all ages!!!
I really like the Torani Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookie dough syrup.
Try lollicupstore.com They have the best flavors and the cheapest price that I have found.
I get syrups from TJMaxx, Marshall’s, HomeGoods, etc! They are usually 3.99 to 5.99 a bottle!! And there are a huge variety of flavors!!
Thanks for letting us know where you have found yours, Laura!
I just bought a small bottle – maybe 16 oz?- from Meijer for $5. I believe they had Vanilla, SF Vanilla, and Carmel? Near the coffee and K-cups.
None of our local stores sell the syrup, they just advise you to get the ones from the store or Amazon lol
Well I called 4 of my closets starbucks and they all say no way
DARN! Thanks for sharing with us, Dave.
You can get Starbucks (Fontana) Syrups at Staples for $10.99
Thanks for the helpful tip!
