Target weekly ad scan (valid 11/15 – 11/21):
Still holding out for target to do a iPhone gift card deal like they usually do during Black Friday. I see that Samsung phones has the gift card deal but not iPhones. I really hope they end up doing it. In the past we’ve upgraded through target or sams club for the gift card deal.
Am I understanding correctly that I can buy items now and be refunded the difference between purchase price and future sale price when there is a sale before Christmas?

Any word on if Target will do 10% off gift cards like in past years?
We have not heard, but we are hoping.
