Hi there! I don’t find those included in the sale. DARN!
1) Walgreens pick up in store isn’t accurate, if they are out of stock, you won’t get to use the coupon or rewards cash again, and they don’t offer a replacement at comparable price.
2) The curly hair shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, is the only item that’s worked for my kids fine curly hair. Night and day great products.
3) Just be wary of Walgreens website and inability to fix their errors.

Rewards cash errors can easily be corrected by calling 1-800-Walgreens. I have had several items canceled and haven’t lost any. You are right about manufacturer’s coupons and that is a problem for sure. But remember Walgreens has to go by manufacturer’s policies they don’t set the rules on that. Although not the same thing when you return an item to the store you don’t get those things back either but if you ask the store manager you do get store credit. I think Walgreens will have to do something like that. I wish they would get the blueberry kids stuff again. It’s heavenly . My daughter uses it for my granddaughter.
Yes. I placed an order to pickup in store and it was a joke. I waited on hold to try and get the issue fixed for over an hour and they were unable or unwilling to help. They wouldn’t honor the online/app price in store and so the promo code wouldn’t work. Their count for the item I ordered was off and wouldn’t help me get the remaining items. I got 1 of the 4 things I ordered. It was ridiculous. I won’t be using them again, at least online.

Every time I try to add to my cart, the site says it has been added but when I go to cart, it says an unexpected error has occurred, try again later. This happens all the time to me on Walgreens.

I did a text with a Walgreens support agent. Walgreens rewards are returned automatically if an order is canceled usually the same day but within 48 hours. Walgreens can’t return a manufacturer’s coupon but will provide the equivalent in MyWalgreens cash. Simply do an online chat. You will need to provide your name, phone number associated with the account and the order number. The order number is an your order history if you can’t locate it in your emails. I just got a coupon taken care of in an online chat very painlessly. It’s really what happens if you return an item in the store or if an item is cancelled in a ship to store or ship to home except a lot easier with an online chat. Hope this is helpful.
