This show was an addiction for my son. I don’t care where we were, we had to be home by “WEMBLEY TIME”. 35 years later, opens gift & starts singing Pukka, pukka, pukka sqeetily boink…LOL!
It’s hard to remember the days prior to widescreen HD CGI movies. However, this series is exactly as I remember it from my childhood. Highly recommended. Sound and picture quality far exceeded my expectations. Classic music and characters. Worth the upgrade to Blu-ray.
Great to watch this again. I owned these on DVD when they were released by season… now I got them all and then some on blu-ray. Well worth watching them all again. I think my favorite parts of the show are the world-building episodes… the deeper meaning episodes like when Mokey wanted to become a Minstrel and thought she was, but then realized she needed to work hard at it… Lots of really deep episodes… and then even the ones where it is basically a sitcom are still entertaining.
