And if you make any changes to your plan, they take it away within a day or 2. I learned that the hard way this month.
Thanks for the heads up on that, Sara. I currently have HBO Max free with my AT&T Unlimited Cellular plan, and when I spoke with customer service, they said they will continue offering it for wireless and internet customers. Hoping that is the case, because I like the added option for streaming! 🤞💕
Well that’s frustrating. They took mine away a month ago when I switched from one unlimited plan to another, and they’re not adding to the new plans yet. I wouldn’t have switched if I had known.
So sorry! That does sound frustrating. Hoping that if you contact customer service, they might be able to offer you a solution, or that it gets added back on to your plan soon!
Same thing happened to me – added a line to our family account which forced us to switch plans and lost HBO Max. I talked to Customer Service trying to get it back and she talked to a few different departments trying to get it back but “the system” wouldn’t allow it even though the people were willing to give it to me. Very frustrating to a very long term customer!

I did the yearly plan without ads, comes out to about 9 a month, so there about 75.00 savings. I figure if we watch 2 movies a month it’s paid for it’s self…..
