These silicone mats are perfect for cooking in the oven! Baked goods cook evenly & don’t stick to the pan. You don’t even need a spatula to remove them. They basically slide right off! Though it cooks bacon well, it’s still better to cook bacon on parchment paper, so you can throw away the paper once the grease solidifies.
Had been using parchment paper forever and these are MUCH better. Obviously, they are more environmentally friendly than disposable paper, lay down nice and flat, easy to wipe off. Highly recommend.
