Idk what is wrong with my account but I used to get these types of discounts from Hallmark all the time and within the last 6 months or so I haven’t gotten a single one.. anyone know what I’m doing wrong and/or not doing??? I’m so confused. My entire account seems weird.. none of my orders show up as delivered, furthermore when I click “more details” it just opens an endless blank white page, and secondly on my activity history it shows nothing, literally nothing, and I know I at least have SOME history because I’ve made Hallmark purchases within the last year, using the above mentioned discounts and promos that I’ve received in the past and now am no longer receiving.. I’m so lost. Any and all help would be MUCH appreciated.
