Cannot get the $4 coupon. Filled it our and when I click send it just comes back to do all over again. Have repeated it and even tried a different email but to no avail.

Unfortunately if you’ve already signed up to get the Cetaphil emails and probably got the coupon at that time, you are not eligible to get the coupon again. At least that was what happened in my case.
