I like the weight of this cookware, not too heavy, but not thin or wimpy! The non-stick properties are excellent. The cookware is beautiful as well. I really like the interesting shape of the saucepans. I have only used medium heat on my electric stovetop and had excellent results with hamburger and homemade soup. I even used the large saucepan as a mixing bowl to make various batters, because having the handle makes it easier for me to transfer the batter to a baking dish. Super easy clean-up. Also am enjoying the utensils and the little ceramic bowls. Highly recommend this set, great value for the money.
