Usually it is only good for the person they sent it to. I have used them many times in the past. They have been in business for many years. They have a great product and good prices. If you sign up for an account, you are more prone to get promo emails.
It told me I was also not eligible, of course it didn’t say why for me either, and I did it not too long after the deal was posted. I’m quite disappointed in the company. If they want “exposure”, they’ve got to do better than that.
It’s ok, I ordered and used the coupon code, and today they emailed to tell me I was not eligible for it, so they canceled my order. BUT, they DID give me a coupon code for free shipping.

I love, love, love this photo company. Their quality is excellent and their turn around time is super fast. I have (even at Christmas) gotten an email within 48 hours saying my order was on the way!

my sister paid as her order was over 10 dollars. and her order was shipped. mine was under 10 and was canceled. so i think those that paid are in the clear.

Mine was cancelled too…but offered free shipping. Should have bought one more card to push me over the $10. Not sure if I am still going to get the cards….they looked very cute and would cost less than $4. I’ll think about it.
I guess we’re ineligible coz we’re not Ashley Campbell or whatever the name was that showing on the coupon code when we used it. Oh well…we were warned by Collin. Better to have tried and lost than not try at all… 😉
I don’t understand how in the world so many of us could be have our orders cancelled! If they aren’t going to honor the order, they shouldn’t have the code out there. They just lost any future business from me.
They canceled my order, got an email from them today. i had ordered the 9 v-day cards
I got an email yesterday stating that they have shipped my order. However, I did order 10 cards and had to pay $0.15. Hopefully I will get them.
I sent them a email asking why I was ineligable and got this reply
