Wow! If you’re looking to stock up on inexpensive school supplies for next year or possibly want to snag a few supplies for your kiddos teachers, you may want to head on over to CVS. My sidekick, Mary, also found a lot of items marked down 50-75% off at her store in Austin, TX… so it definitely seems worth checking out! She found poster board in various colors for 29¢, poster letter packs for $2.14-$2.74 (reg. $5.49!), blendy pens for $6.39 (reg. $12.79!), Elmers Squeeze N Brush sparkle pens for $1.37 (reg. $5.49!), Sharpie highlighters for 87¢ (reg. $3.49!), Paper-Mate, Pilot, Bic and lots more reduced 75% off!
Be sure to browse around as there are also various Hewlett Packard ink cartridges (in select colors) on sale 75% off, down to just $3.49 (reg. $13.99!). Seems like a great deal for HP ink!

I just came back from a quick trip to my local CVS in Malden, MA. There were two large shopping carts filled with Pet items. Everything from water dishes and chew toys and outfits for your animals. Everything was marked 75% off.
Also Check out the Batteries, I found a ton of Energizer Batteries on Clearance at my store. They also had rechargeables 75 % off.

I went to two CVS’s in Southern California this morning and they were only 50% off at both and didn’t have what I was looking for 🙁
Darn I was just there but didn’t make it to that area of the store 🙁 I did how ever get $1 off any toothpaste and $1 off any deodorant from the magic coupon machine 🙂 Made the colgate deal even better and got a $.19 travel deodorant for the hubby.
My CVS – Aurora Il had wine for 75% off! And they were ringing up at $5 a bottle, so each bottle was only $1.25! Normal brands, too, like Barefoot and Gallo. They said they weren’t going to carry those types any more.
thats a great deal for barefoot.. its about the only wine we buy anymore cause we arent big drinkers so it makes no sense for us to by more costly brands- its actually pretty good!

Our local CVS (3!) had nothing on clearance – darn!
only 2 of the 4 CVS I went to in south FL had the clearance and it was only 50% off.
Even if there are no clearance stickers you should scan the item at the price checker to see if it rings up. Some stores do things right, others not so much.

Woohoo! I spent $27.40 at CVS on all clearance items except one item that was $2.99, and had a savings of $270.36. I did have $10.00 in CVS extra bucks that brought it down to $27.40, but what an amazing savings! Thank you to the person who sent in this deal!

I bought poster board at CVS in San Jose, CA for $.63, 50% off.
my store had some clearance got a binder 2.62, post its 1.62 and some other stuff was 75 % off in central Ca.
My CVS in Northern Illinois had 50% off…there were no 75% items…but I got some gigantic markers for 1/2 off, only $2.99 🙂 They will be great for my next garage sale signs.
My CVS in Tifton, GA had tons of school supplies/art supplies for 75 percent off.
My CVS in Huntsville, AL has numerous 75% off items=and the BEST CVS cashier-Hey Emily!!
In south Louisiana they had a LOT of items 75% off… the gigantic markers were only $1.37 for each 8 pack. 🙂 Astrobright florescent colors card stock paper (50) only $1.07.. Sharpie gold and silver paint marker 2 pk $1.49…. a few others but those were my favs!
wowzers i scored big time in lake elsinore california , murrietta and temecula lol i went on a hunt for the 75% off and its funny how at 1 cvs the exact same item is 50$ off but 5 miles away at another cvs its 75% off well today we got ….2 scotch paper cutters (really awesome for coupons) normally around 7$ 1.94 … blendy pens 3.32 saved 9.97 … 4 crayola glow stations 4.99 saved 15.00… 8 packs 16 ct crayola pipsqueek markers 1.62 saved 4.87 …. 3 crayola glow sand 1.74 saved 5.25 …. 5 color explosion crayola various sets 3.62 saved 10.87… and a few other various educational materials to donate to my sons kindergaten class… stickers, pencils , and a pack of big abc’s to start teaching the 2 year old his alphabet !!! so all together i saved $206.84.,… and spent 43.04 almost forgot to mention i had a few $1 0ff crayola product coupons that i recieved from the house party pull-ups party coupon booklets so that made for an extra 18 bucks in my pocket …. thank you to all especially collin and the hip2save helpers love you $ savin divas
Small world, Alicia! I just hit up the CVS in Elsinore at Cottonwood Canyon. Found a full stock of blendy pens for 75% off, among other various things. Picked a few up for my boyfriend’s little sister. 🙂
