You must create and submit your book by 9/27/12 using your exclusive code that will be given to you after you follow the link and then click on the red box that says, “Get It.” Keep in mind that you do have to pay for shipping.

You can receive codes at My Coke Rewards both through the Facebook link and by entering 5 coke caps at the My Coke Rewards website, but you may only enter one of the resulting Shutterfly codes on shutterfly per account. Now if you have another family member that has a different shutterfly account, you should be able to use both of the codes.
