IDK if anyone agrees with me but the Macaroni Grill has gone down hill with their service and food. The pasta dishes tasted like card board and out of a can. The service was horrible twice when I went with the BOGO free coupon. When I presented the coupon the service was horrible.
…and this is why you present the coupon AFTER you finish your meals. 🙂
Had a terrible experience past weakend. Never going back there, sticking with Olive Garden!

I don’t know what Macaroni Grill you went to BUT we had a GREAT DINNER AND GREAT SERVICE!!
I went to and used the buy one get one coupon, and the food was delicious, but the glasses were dirty. The lobster pasta was delicious, and our server was good!
