At Winco are you allowed to use a coupon to get a free coupon? I thought it was against their policy but I have been noticing a lot of posts for free stuff there lately? Has it changed?
My understanding is that you can’t use a coupon for a free item that doesn’t require any purchase, but you can use BOGO because it requires you buy the first one.
