Can you use the appetizer coupon and the kids eat free coupon at the same time?

(for both kids eat free and free appetizer, together, that is. have to pick one or the other, i think.)

I just called my Chili’s and they said it wont allow 2 coupon codes on one receipt. I’m in Morgantown, WV. 🙁
