   super impatient people. it took me about 15 mins to get this freebie. site lags, but if you logged in and clicked the address confirmation you are set. at least i was!

    Wouldn’t you know it, I forgot my password so now I have to go through the process of getting that before I can request sample. Seems like an awful lot of trouble to go through for shampoo sample and coupon.

    I first went through here but after reading, I went directly to Vocalpoint and within a 3 minutes I got the sample.

    Was finally able to snag one! I logged in by going to the regular website first, then just let the link for the page keep trying until it make it. Success!

    Tried it this morning (18th) with no problems loading. Took less than 5 minutes to do and said sample will arrive in 5 – 7 wks.
