According to the FAQ you need to do the following:
Complete your contact details in the app and press the SUBMIT PRIZE CLAIM button. Your eligibility will then be verified and your prize will be sent to you within a few weeks. Grand prizes such as an iPad or an ARCO gift card cannot be claimed in-store.

Hi i finished a survey for ampm
Its been over 2months i havent recieved my 25$ gas card
I matched 3 ampm logos in a row, and it said I didn’t win. I have the screen shot to prove it, because I won a $25 gift card before that, and it also said sorry not a winner.
I scratched ticket and got all 6 ampm logos on that 1 ticket and it said not a winner…yet it says match 3 and you win??
