Found within this section may be an offer for 50% off any Chocolate Chai Tea Latte valid thru October 29th. You may have also received this offer via email – with the Subject Line “50% off the Chocolate Chai Tea Latte” from the email address starbucks@e.starbucks.com.
If you are lucky enough to get this offer in your account, print out a screenshot of the offer OR pull the same offer up on your phone via the Starbucks app and then just show it to the Starbucks cashier on your phone. To find this offer via the app, you’ll need to sign in to your Starbucks Rewards account on your phone, click on Rewards, and then look for the Rewards History.
Note that you must have this offer in your account and you must pay with your registered Starbucks card in order to receive the specific discount.

To give my honest opinion- and this is coming from someone who goes to Starbucks 4-5 times a week and loves everything else on the menu, including the regular chai- this drink was disgusting. I love chocolate and I love chai, but this drink tasted like chemical syrup to me. It made me sick to my stomach.
That being said I did have it the first week it was offered so maybe someone just made my drink wrong?

Totally agree with you! It’s the first Starbuck’s drink I didn’t like! In other news, check your email for a $2 any espresso drink coupon! I got one yesterday! No size restrictions! Yipee!
I have to agree. I regularly go to Starbucks, and like the regular chai tea, but really disliked the chocolate chai. Even my husband wouldn’t drink it, and he eats almost anything (except marshmallows!)
I tried it last week–wasn’t thrilled. I like the regular chai and most drinks at the ‘bucks but this one was just ok. I drank it because I bought it but wouldn’t order it again.
Kris, I love Chai too. So that’s why I was thinking of getting this drink. I think I will skip this one this time.
This is the first drink I have ever tried at starbucks that I did not like. I love a regular chai latte, but there was something just off about the way that chocolate chai tasted.

This was horrible. I could not finish it, I took about 3 sips.
Probably one of the worst drinks I have ever had. I thought I would try it since I LOVE Chai Lattes. I wouldn’t drink it if it was free.
I was able to get a regular chai with the discount. On the Starbucks mobile app and website, it says 50% off tea, not specifically the Chocolate Chai Tea. So I thought it would work on any tea drink and it did for me. Maybe Starbucks just wants to promote the new drink so on the email it only listed that one? I read reviews about the drink and it wasn’t good so I’m glad I was able to get a regular chai.

I tried this drink and it was disgusting, just the smell alone…I took half a sip and threw it away
I love Starbucks and the regular chai tea, but this was so terrible I threw it away. Yuck.
I received an offer for a free Chocolate Chai Latte in my personalized deals from Safeway this week
there is a recipe in the betty crocker cook book for a chai tea latte. it tastes good and is really easy to make if you have all the ingrediants. and you can make it in your own coffee pot and over the stove.
its always less expensive to make your own drinks if you can figure out how to make it almost the same. it might be a lot of money when you buy the spices and other ingredients but you get a lot out of it
The offer from last week from safeway is doesnt expire till oct 31 ($1.00 tall choco chai tea) I like them been getting some everyday.
I am allergic to milk and not so sure if I can even have the chocolate drink so I wonder if they would allow me to get a chai tea with soy
