FYI – Requires committing to a free trial TrialPay. I am normally skeptical of signing up for these types of services. Anyone have any experience with TrialPay?
i googled trialpay reviews and they werent good. therefore i didnt proceed.

You can try the zip code 20002 (I had to click until page 7 of the list though).
I also have experience with trialpay through 2 different companies, Swagbuck and Perk.com.
1) Trialpay through swagbuck was simply awful. Swagbuck changed the terms after I already completed the offer, and at first they denied it until I provided screenshot evidence of the original terms WITH receipts showing I fulfilled the terms, so they replied acknowledging the original terms were changed but say they’ll have to check with their partner Trialpay to see if I actually completed the terms.
2) Trialpay through Perk.com was more than fast, simply, and efficient. I did the Peet’s offer (of spend $1 to get $10 in points & another spend $1 to get $5 in points). As soon as I swiped my registered Visa, I received an email acknowledging my purchase and points were in my perk.com acct within an hour. I cashed out the points and received my gift card within 2 days.
It boils down to who Trialpay partners with. It’s not Trialpay that’s at issue, but its partner.
DId this deal. Forget had to spend $2, but bought the smallest, cheapest coffee ($1.90 + $.14 tax = $2.04) and got an email with the code immediately in my email and applied to my Amazon account! So as long as your TOTAL with tax purchase is above $2, it works! I’m in IL and missed the BOGO opportunity yesterday, but getting paid $3 for a good coffee is always nice!
