I got 2 full size during Black Friday. I like the blankets but 1 control box stopped working. I swear there’s a dusty smell when it’s on high but overall I like it.
I had one that only worked for 2 uses, then the control box strongly smelled like burning plastic, got really hot, and stopped working. I took it back to kohls and they replaced it. No hassle at all. Only took like 5 minutes!

I got a twin size on black Friday. My daughter used it and loved it. One day she told me it stopped working. We pulled it off the bed and everywhere the wire was in the blanket had turned pink on the outside of the blanket. Returned mine and got a full refund. When I returned it she said someone else had just returned one a couple days ago. 🙁 I do no recommend this blanket too scary to own.

Got mine last month. Stopped working in a week. Box displayed a E when ever we turned it on. Save your packaging and receipts!! Very soft nice blanket otherwise 🙂
When I got an E it usually mean the blanket adapter wasn’t fully connected. My box just plain died.

Had a king Biddeford blanket from Kohl’s that lasted about two years before one side stopped working. We had no problems with it before then.I should’ve thought to try returning it bc I still had the bag. Oh well. I ended up replacing it with two Sunbeam brand twins from Walmart (which worked out cheaper than buying another king with dual controllers). I like the separate blankets better though bc my husband is a blanket hog when sleeping and this way he can’t steal mine!
