I got the error too. I re-entered it and it said I’d already redeemed it. Check your points history.. you probably still got the points.

I sent it in via text and got the error. I sent it again and it said the code was redeemed-points were added.

I entered the code online using Chrome. Typically,the site would tell you that you earned points, but it glitched and just sends you back to the home page. However, when you check your account activity, the points are there.
