   Thanks for the code! I have always texted in my codes. But for the last week or two I get this msg “Kellogg’s: Sorry, A system error occurred. Please try again.” Anyone else having this problem?

  Same here. But if I log in to my account, the points are there. So I’ve just been ignoring the error messages 🙂

  I’ve been getting that message for a while now when I text in a code. I get the points though so something must be going on on their end. Check your account and I’m sure you will see the points too. Hope they fix this issue soon.

  Hi Dave! Did you check to see if your balance went up? It seems their system is glitching today! Also if you’re on a mobile device try entering from a desktop. Hope that helps! 🙂

   I first got the system error message and tried it again and got the message that I had already entered it. So I went on my account, and the 20 points were added.

    I just had the same problem as Dave W. System says KFRSHARETHANKS20 is a duplicate, although I’ve never entered it before….
