   Hate how it’s not available via mobile anymore. First it was no texting, now it’s no mobile. I swear Kelloggs has the suckiest reward program! Years ago, movie tickets were only 1,000 points!

  You can also text in receipts. If you’re getting an error texting, on the full website, under account, make sure subscriptions are on for texting & phone number inputted – otherwise it won’t work.

    I don’t understand how to get points from buying the products now that they don’t have codes on them. If you can’t download an app you can’t get points correct? I don’t have room on my phone for any more apps otherwise I would have to take off ibotta and all those kind of apps.

  You don’t have to download an app. You go on their website, http://www.kelloggsfamilyrewards.com. From there you can upload a picture of your receipt with your smartphone or computer, you can e-mail a picture, text it, or even mail it in. The site gives you instructions on how to do all this. However, you do have to submit your receipt within 30 days of purchase. HTH!
