Thanks Collin!! Snagged a pair for myself 😊

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re very welcome!

  2. cindy

Has anyone ordered from them before? When I search reviews for the company not much comes up.

  3. Nichole

Got a pair! Hoping the site is legit, haven’t heard of it…

  4. RUULE (@RUULE_COM)

No reviews come up because our site just launched yesterday 🙂 Thanks for giving us a chance you won’t be disappointed!

Why are you not listed as an authorized online retailer on list provided by ugg.com?

      • RUULE (@RUULE_COM)

We purchased direct and are in the process of getting authorized.

        • KellyRG

Seems strange that your domain registration is private.

    • Nichole

I sure hope your legit, PayPal protects buyers from knock offs so if they arent real you won’t be getting any money. Tried calling your customer service and only get a voicemail?

Collin. I just spoke with UGG. They said they have received inquiries regarding ruule.com, and they are indeed a counterfeit site and are not an approved reseller of the UGG brand.

    • RUULE (@RUULE_COM)

We purchased direct and our first sale ever was today at 2:45pm ct. Any doubt about our products would be because we’re not authorized yet but that is only because it takes time. We are currently in the process.

        My chat with ugg:

(10:49:58 PM) Kelly: A deal site I follow is featuring a 1-day deal on UGGs at ruule.com. Obviously this seems suspicious so I came to check your approved retailers list. They are not on it. When I questioned them they said they purchased direct and are in the process of getting approved. Any way to check on that?

(10:51:18 PM) Angelina : They are definitely NOT!

(10:51:42 PM) Kelly: Is there anyway to confirm whether or not they are in the process of becoming an approved reseller or otherwise?

(10:52:28 PM) Angelina : They are not, any that are approved would be on our site, we have received inquiries about this counterfeit site and they are giving false information

      • KellyRG

You are not an approved distributor, which means the product you are selling is *not* backed by the UGG warranty. Period. I cannot imagine any legitimate company risking their customers warranties by selling a product prior to becoming an approved distributor with the brand, which likely means you are selling counterfeit merchandise.

        • RUULE (@RUULE_COM)

We are very excited about launching our site today and are in the process of being approved. We can assure you all product is 100% authentic and our dedicated team will stand by every product we provide and make sure you are 100% happy with any purchase.

Great, after reading these comments I sure hope these are “fake” uggs 😔

    • Nichole

      Aren’t*

  7. Jess

Hmm… I ordered a pair and after reading the feedback I’m trying to cancel my order. There is no cancellation option online and the customer service number is busy at all times. Now this is really suspicious. Is there a way that I can cancel the order…?

    • Jamie

I just emailed them and they cancelled it RIGHT away and refunded me.

      • Nichole

        Same!

      • Jess

Thanks!! I emailed and cancelled it too.

Uggla are crap anyway with their treatment of animals. I would never purchase anything from them period.
