I couldn’t find the theatre valentines box m&ms in my target!

I’m in Northeast Ohio.
I found the M&Ms Valentine theatre boxes with the other seasonal items but the coupon beeped so, of course, cashier gave me back the coupon. It didn’t beep on the $4.99 Valentine snack minis B2G1F.
My Target was out of the theater Valentine boxes but Walmart had them.
The coupon did not work for me for the M&M Valentine boxes either. I went to Customer Service and the employee said if it doesn’t work for a mfg coupon, they’re not allowed to override it. Both the Customer Service employee and cashier assumed it had to be used for the bags, even though the boxes are over 3 oz and it doesn’t specifically say bags.
However, I did want to say, “THANK YOU!” to Hip2Save for all the Target deals they post! Even though the M&Ms didn’t work for me, I was able to get many other great deals using Cartwheel, coupons, and Checkout51!
