I got the tool of the trade chef pan a few months ago, the Handel screws fell out and now I have a pan with no Handel! I will not recommend this brand to anyone!🙁When I called customer service they were very rude!! Last time I am ever gonna buy anything from Macy

I bought one of these tools of trade hard anodized item during one these sales. It so happens that it was hard anodized coating not the material. The pot was very thin. Not happy at all! Just read the description before u buy.

I just asked the rebate center via online chat and here is what they said: “If the items belong to different promo codes, (example: 17-1234 and 17-4567) please submit one envelope for offer code. However, if the items belong to the same offer/promo code, we can accept your submission in the same envelope. Please make sure to keep copies of the paperwork for future reference.” Hope this helps!
