  Here is what the details list in their return policy: “Tillys accepts the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 60 days after purchase. All sale merchandise is exchangeable only. All sale merchandise ending in .97 (cents) is final sale during red tag promotional clearance events” Hope this helps!

   Not sure about the other items listed, but those Soda boots are CHEAP. I have seven kids they are pretty easy on clothes and backpacks. Those boots didn’t last a month. I’ve never had that happen before.. Heck my poor first grader only was able to wear hers 2 times. Waste of money!
