I have! They taste just like regular pasta, maybe even better. We had them at a family get together and didn’t know it was this type of pasta made from chickpeas until after eating it in a cold salad!!!

My family has tried it and my boy who is allergic to wheat egg and milk doesn’t like it. Mostly I think it’s very dense because it’s made of chick peas. I prefer another brand of brown rice pasta but I would think this has higher nutritional value.
