The Montreal steak seasoning is $1.07 on Walmart.com for the 3.4oz bottle. If you price match at your Walmart store and use the coupon it will be $.32!

Since there’s no exclusion, you can probably use it on the packet rub. Looks like WM sells it for $1.25.

My Walmart has the small packets of rub for 1.00 , many varieties to choose from so .25 each.
They’re not in the isle with seasonings. They’re In the chili packet – gravy packet isle.

Many of my stores have been putting the packets on clearance! It worked on the 1oz marinade mixes that were at my store for $.50 and I got overage!
