   This makes awesome homemade ice cream. Super easy & you get to control the ingredients. I’ve made all kinds of ice cream including non dairy versions & goat milk ice cream for my dairy intolerant child. Everything comes out rich & creamy in this. I’ve had mine for 5 years & it’s still like new.

  I use this for my goat milk recipe. Since goat milk is naturally homogenized you need an additional emulsifier which is additional egg yolks. https://www.joyfulhomesteading.com/goat-milk-ice-cream-recipe.html

   I had this and it worked great. Covering the top with foiling while going helped keep it extra cold too. Unfortunately after 2 years the coolant started leaking out. I went back and read reviews and sounds like I wasn’t the only one. Sounded like most leaking in the same spot too. 🙁
