I had no idea you could swap scents! Usually that’s the only thing stopping me from buying.
That is very false! As a former manager for Bath and Body Works, I can tell you that is absolutely NOT true. You cannot swap out items in the tote!
I would assume some store might but I don’t think mine would. But I would assume if you were to “return” the scents you don’t like they would then let you exchange them for ones of equal value that you do. They have a pretty awesome return policy!
When I purchased mine yesterday, they said they would allow for a swap of anything in the tote as long as it would be an equal swap.
I was able to swap at my store so actually it’s not FALSE.
Of course you can, unless you encounter a nasty manager. Don’t worry, because they don’t last long. They tend to chase sales away and get fired.
I was at B&BW on Thursday. The associate had the totes with the products on display. She said if you don’t like the scent you can exchange them out for a different scents.
I just called my store. She said you CAN swap items out, but not until next week. So buy today, and come back next week. I don’t know if it varies from store to store, but I’m definitely doing that deal!
I thought that you were allowed to use their coupons 3 days before the start date or 3 days after expiration. Someone told me that, but now I’m doubting. Does anyone know?
yes, that’s correct. I asked an employee yesterday about that when I was there and she said yes that you can use it 3 days before the start of the coupon and 3 days after expiration.

I was disappointed that they didn’t hand out more $10 off of $30 coupons when a purchase was made this year 🙁 I was looking forward to this to use on a purchase in December. I keep signing up for emails every year and never receive any. Just a mailer every once and a while.
Got tons of coupons with purchases in Late Oct? early Nov? Probably handed out 8 sheets of them at work. So you just probably missed shopping on the dates they went out. However, always check RetailMeNot to see if they have a $10/$30 code.
They handed out coupons from the end of August until the end of October. Anytime I would buy something I’d get one and collected tons of books to use on the sales the last few weeks. I also get one mailer a month. If you didn’t get any coupon books maybe you didn’t shop during that time and didn’t do enough purchases to be active enough to get the mailers?

I got the grey tote on Thursday night! The grey sold out fast at the Tilton, NH store I went to. I grabbed one as I came in, and by the time I left, they were gone! I’m piecing it out as gifts, keeping the tote and small hand cream for myself!
My store didn’t allow me to switch out the products and they almost didn’t take the coupon because they are “phasing out” retail me not and only taking coupons from the Bath and Body Works app. She said she could do it just this once for me.
The coupon is from their website though, not retailmenot. Sounds like a store or manager that doesn’t like coupons

BBW always permits exchanges of items!! I was even told to bring back a candle i bought last year, burned for 1 hr and got a headache from it. They were also stacking all coupons on Friday, not just ones that came in the same mailer. My store sold out of the grey tote by 12pm, but while I was standing in line to check out, an associate found 2 more in the back and gave me one!! They were almost sold out of the blush color by 8pm.

The tote was $35 at the store I went to and I only saw one black and the rest were pink. I bought it for 25 with the email coupon. Did anyone else have an employee tell them that they could not switch the items out right now but instead exchange the items at another BBW? Such a hassle for an even exchange.
Thanks for the heads up. I’m glad they did this deal again. I used two of my mailer coupons. I bought the blush tote. And I bought a winter candy apple hand soap for three bucks. I used the ten off thirty. And I used a free body care item with any purchase. So I got a free winter candy apple body cream. Everything came to $29 and change. Cashier was impressed and asked if they had more bags. They still had some left and even in the back. Great deal! 😉 Hope they continue it next year.

Actually the full price is $115.75 not $150. I heard wrong but still that was considerably more than the deal I was hoping for for the tote only
I purchased the B3G3 on Black Friday, got the tote for $25. I had forgotten my coupons in another purse (curses!) and they won’t apply them to the purchase after the fact…if I return the B3G3, do I also have to return the tote that I paid $25 for? Or do I get to keep that?
