How do these work? Do you just add essential oil to the water? And how do you know how much to add?
Diffusers in general will create a cold water mist. When you use a pure therapeutic grade of essential oil, such as doTERRA’s essential oils, the cells from the pure oil are released with the water molecules. This allows the healing properties of the oil to be released and inhaled from within the room. Hope that helps!
