I bought the adult version of the first shoes back in May. Not sure if these will be similar or not since this is the child version.
They ran very small, I bought a whole size larger. They were quite comfy and worked well for walking around Disney World. I did feel the insole gave out quickly so I had to add a new insole. Overall the outer portion has held up ok. There are small holes near the plastic piece that holds the shoe laces but this hasn’t caused any problems. I think they are decent cheap shoes.
Thanks for the great review Elaine! Good to know you were pleased with the adult version of these shoes!
I bought a pair of these for my son (age 6) this fall. They literally lasted 6-8 weeks before they had holes in the sides, clear through to his feet. The sole quickly flattened/ broke down, and the sides turned a dingy gray on the sides where it was white (would not come clean with scrubbing) and the black bottom of the sole wore off in that time. He was not using them on a scooter or wiggle cart- just for school, on the playground and OR. Considering they were $25, I was not happy. Will not buy C9 shoes again.
Oh bummer! Sorry these did not hold up well 🙁 Thanks so much for sharing your experience Laurie!
