Kodiak cakes are awesome! We buy the protein packed buttermilk and add some cocoa powder when we want them chocolate. Also doesn’t hurt to throw in some chocolate chips! Yummmmm

Yep Costco has a great deal on them right now. Kodiak protein cakes are the only pancakes I make now and I always add the eggs and milk. 👍
