Best knives ever! I don’t have this particular set but 4 other Shun knives and they are definitely worth it. I’m very tempted to buy this set though, it’s amazing what a difference it makes to prep with them.
I have a larger set and have had them for probably 10 years. Best investment ever. If you can afford It, they truly are worth every penny. This is a fantastic price too.
Shun knives are the best (better than Henckels and Wusthof imo). Japanese knives are the sharpest…you can’t go wrong with them.
