  They all run different. I have gotten a pair of converse for my daughter and the next day, she tried on a different converse shoe and was a whole size different. Good luck!

   i LOVE the way the Converse shoes look but do they gave good arch support inside the shoe?

  Sadly, they do NOT have good arch supports. But the lining can easily be removed to place an insert. Just be sure to get the lace up kind (not just slip on) so it has more room to lace up once the insert is in place. 🙂

   They sell special insoles for “canvas style,” shoes like Converse and Vans. Those are helpful for me, as I adore the look of these shoes, but wish they were more supportive. Good luck! As always, thanks H2S, for all that you do, y’all are the best!!!
