   Thanks for posting. I still can’t get used to the yellow clearance stickers. They are hard to spot and scream Wal-Mart. Although I am a Target girl, I must say I have been finding more and more great deals at Wal-Mart.

  I agree about the stickers!! My eyes are trained for orange stickers at Target, not yellow! Lol

  I agree 100%!

  Is it possible that they are going back to red? There were some red-on-top-of yellow stickers at our store last time I was there and it got my hopes up.

  Thanks for commenting everyone! I thought I was the only one disturbed by the change to yellow clearance signs and stickers… then I thought maybe I’m too obsessed with Target if I noticed and cared about their color choices… then I Googled it to see WHY they would do such a thing when their brand is based around ‘red’ and didn’t find many articles or comments on the topic.
  Glad to know I’m not alone. Should we start a petition to convince them to go back to red! 🙂

  Totally agree! Makes no sense from a branding perspectivet that they’d use yellow! Red stickers go with the red bullseye!! 🙂

  I think using a color other than red makes sense. Why devalue the brand’s color by using it on clearance stickers?

  Same here! I don’t like Walmart, but it’s really the place for deals lately.

  Aesthetically, I don’t care for the yellow stickers, either, but from a practical, deal-seeking perspective, I LOVE them! Less competition!

   I got some yankee Candle coupons in the mail. Can I use them at Target? On the back, it says not to be used at outlet stores or BBB. Not sure about Target tho.

   The King sheets are $42 by me. The DCPI is the same except the last digit is 7 instead of 6 for the king instead of queen size.

   I was having a hard time with the red because everything was red at my Target and it all blended together. Was looking forward to yellow thinking it would be easier to spot amongst all the red. Now everything is yellow and I have the same problem. Guess I’m never happy.

   Complaints about the color of a clearance tag seems a little ridiculous. A bargain is a bargain regardless of the color of the tag.
