We bought the king size of this mattress recently and absolutely love it! Best sleep I have ever gotten.
We bought this in a King on Black Friday 2016 and we are still loving it. I bought a twin for my daughter when she went to college last fall and another twin for my other daughter recently. There was a slight smell when opening the box, but then we didn’t notice a smell. It is a firm mattress. A deep pocket sheet fits best.
My husband and I purchased this full size bed this past summer and we love it. We had a queen and wanted to downsize. With all beds, this one took some getting used to. But we both love it!! He tosses a lot at night and I don’t feel him move around. It’s even helped his snoring. We both sleep much better on this mattress.
I just got this mattress a week today. And the first 3 days I couldn’t sleep right. It’s real firm at first but now it’s getting broken in and it’s getting softer and I’m sleeping real good I was sleeping on a old spring mattress so I just wasn’t use to the new bed.
I had the same experience with ours. We’ve had it for about a month. I had a sore back for about 2 days and I was about 8 1/2 months pregnant, so I wasn’t completely sure it was from the bed. After it went away, I was sure it was the bed. However, now we absolutely love it. It is firmer, but I love the fact that it’s not “bouncy” so that when our kids come on it, or when I have to feed our baby in the middle of the night, I don’t disrupt my husband. He was remarking last night too how comfy it is. I have no idea how much Tempurpedic beds run, but for the price of this, I highly recommend.

I got 1 45 days ago…purchased the 12 inch cloud like mattress they offer in queen, as well as their premium 18 inch frame. It still has not expanded completely. All 4 corners are hardly 8-9 inches and center is random from 9-10
4 phone calls and 3 emails over the last 20 days with zero response from customer service. I’m s little agitated about it myself.
Email Amazon directly. Ours did something similar. Amazon refunded my money AND sent a replacement. The replacement has been wonderful, and we still comment on how much we love our “new” mattress that we’ve had since June!
I bought this for my daughter the last time it was on sale and while she says it is very comfortable, the smell is horrendous. It has been several weeks and it has not gotten any better. I contacted Amazon and was issued a refund. Anyone else have an issue with the smell?
The smell is strong for a bit. We ended up putting a super thin mattress pad on it and we don’t smell it anymore. But it does eventually go away.. When we change the sheets, I barely smell it anymore. We’ve had it for about two months.

We have this mattress and LOVE it!!! It took a few days to adjust to it, but once we got used to it, we fell in love with it!!
We bought the king sized mattress in July 2017. We still love it. It is much more comfortable than the traditional mattress we paid 1000s of dollars for 8 years ago.
We got this last week. I was really impressed with how it expanded into perfect shape. We didn’t use it for 3 days to allow the smell to dissipate. So far so good! It is firm, but I expect it to soften with use. Also, I went through the mobile shopping feature on the Ibotta app, to order it from Amazon, and earned $5 for every $100 spent!

Thanks for posting this. I was overdue for a mattress. I ordered it on 2/28 and it arrived today. I unboxed it this morning and it’s airing out now. I am anxious test it out tomorrow night.
