Almost all in this box is sample size. Suggested value seems inflated to way beyond its worth.
and most h2s’ers would not spend $15 for a magazine! LOLOL

I’ve tried three different browsers on my laptop and even tried incognito mode, as their customer service suggested, and it hasn’t helped. I changed my credit card on file, pretended to “update” my info, and I still get the same error. The box is still available, so this is frustrating. 🙁
Thanks Just ordered it,but had lots of problems with their subscription didn’t receive beauty box until I contacted them twice and received autumn box again instead of winter box.
Agree with ethelskid3 – these all appear to be sample sizes – worth no more than $1 or so each. The “special $15 offer” (probably a subscription?) inflates the value, but there’s no way, even with some coupons thrown in, that this box is worth over $33. (They’re probably including $5 or more for shipping, too.) I subscribe to the Walmart Beauty Boxes & they have been getting skimpier each time. Thinking about cancelling my subscription. I appreciate that it takes time to box the stuff up & ship it, so $5 isn’t out of line, if all you want is some samples.
The items are almost always sample sized. This box is definitely worth $5.00. I wouldn’t base your decision on the supposed savings discount. Just based on products in box it is well worth the price!

Actually, the box is worth more than the $5 it costs. The trial size of the Olay Whip is 0.5 ounces. The full size is 1.7 ounces and it costs 38.99. That’s 22.93 for an ounce of product or 11.46 for just the 0.5 ounce trial size you’re getting in this box. The mask is $2.50, the deodorant is probably $3 or so, and the others, $1-$2. Just because they’re travel/trial size doesn’t make them cheap. You gotta figure out price per ounce sometimes. :p
Hmm I don’t know how this could be worth $33 when you look at 5-6 sample size items. My past boxes only have sample/travel size and was very disappointed in the last one I received. Maybe if they were full size it would be closer to $33? Just my opinion.

They really need to get their act together. I have yet to even get my winter boxes and my fall boxes didn’t arrive until December.
I blow up customer service and they have Zero trucks to give and don’t address my questions at all.
I have subscribed to both boxes since the inception of this program and I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed more and more.
I keep getting the same error. Customer service emailed me back after a week, and told me to try a different browser (which was the first thing I did anyway) and to try in incognito mode, which didn’t help at all. Updated card info, pretended to update address and phone…nothing works. And I agree about their lackadaisical attitude towards shipments. They told me in this last email that they were billing now for Winter. Um…it’s March. Really frustrating.
Not really interested in the items in this one. But I STILL haven’t got my winter box yet. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
