I have one that looks very similar (Corewill Manicure set) I got it from Amazon from a Hip2Save deal couple months ago and the tools are great.

According to reviews, tools seem to break easily. I’ll wait for ULTA to have their 5 for 5 deal , I’ve had great luck with those tools.
