I had a terrible experience with this last Christmas season. It arrived broken and the store would not take it back. I finally managed to get a refund for the purchase price but they would not refund shipping.

If you bought it with a credit card then you should dispute the purchase. I’ve had to do that with AmEx a couple of times when I have received a poor product and the company won’t refund me. Most credit cards are great about that as long as it’s not something you do all the time.

I bought 2 last year for Christmas and had one of them broke the first time being worn I took it back to the Zales in my mall and they apologized and ordered me a new one, no problem. The girls that received them LOVED them and they are still wearing them. Definitely worth this price.

I ordered last time it was on H2S, I didn’t like it. It was so cheap looking that I didn’t even give it to the person I intended it for. It cans in a plain white box, not like the one pictured.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter a year ago for her 16th birthday, she wears it everyday basically never takes it off. She did need to have it polished after wearing it to a volcano in Costa Rica but other then that it is in perfect shape. I highly recommend.
