Feeling pretty angry..spent an hour or more trying to find enough items at jcp to reach the 25$ threshold so I could use the 10 off 25 coupon- I also had a 10$ reward in my account but they insisted I had to spend 35$ to use both as the system subtracts the reward first..anybody else have that experience?
Yep, that’s their policy. I had same experience in the store. I wish they spelled that out better in the coupon terms.
